Drawing on the principles of psychological safety and inclusion as outlined by Amy C. Edmondson in "The Fearless Organization" and Timothy R. Clark in "The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety," each session focuses on a specific aspect of leadership and behaviour that contributes to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
