This programme is designed to raise self-awareness, unlock leadership potential, and help managers build teams where people feel safe, valued, and motivated to do their best work.
Inspired by the work of Amy C. Edmondson (The Fearless Organization) and Timothy R. Clark (The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety), the course focuses on the core behaviours that shape psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performing team cultures.
Through a mix of coaching and training, managers will:
