Programme Overview:
This 12-week online programme combines training and coaching elements. It's designed for first-line and middle managers who want to become self-aware leaders and create an inclusive culture within their teams. Drawing on the principles of psychological safety and inclusion as outlined by Amy C. Edmondson in "The Fearless Organization" and Timothy R. Clark in "The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety," each session focuses on a specific aspect of leadership and behaviour that contributes to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

Session Structure:
Duration: 12 weeks (1 hour per session)
Timing: To suit client
Format: Online (live or recorded), including interactive exercises, reflection prompts, and actionable takeaways
Audience: First-line and middle managers
Delivery Method: Online (can be adapted for face-to-face)
Individual Cost: Individual place on public online course (register interest for dates) - £750 per person
In-house Group Cost: Group maximum 12 participants - £6000 per course (if you have a smaller in-house group let us know and we can discuss alternatives)
